Carolina, 17 years old from Colombia, got pregnant when she was 16. At that time she was really worried to face her parents and about not being able to cope with the baby. When she had the baby she went to live at Teenage Parents Service residence for teenage mothers in Stockwell.
Jayden, her son, is now 6 months old and Carolina is moving away from TPS to live with her partner Camilo, who is 17 years old.
The UK remains the country with the highest teenage pregnancy rate in Europe.
Lambeth is, together with Southwark, the area with the highest number of teenage mothers in London.
Over the past few years a range of new services supporting young people and young parents have been developed in Lambeth.
